Ryan Meinerding is a Marvel Studios artist who has worked on various projects and created colorful designs for our favorite MCU characters. Fans loved his designs for Valkyrie from Thor: Ragnarok.
That’s not all, as Meinerding’s design of Hulk’s hairstyle for the same movie has also received positive feedback. The image below depicts the various hairstyles that the green monster was given before ultimately finalizing the look he sported in the movie.
Recently Meinerding had revealed on Instagram an earlier design for Spider-Man’s Captain America: Civil War costume.
The unutilized Spider-Man design was shared on Meinerding’s Twitter and Instagram accounts. He mentioned that he had bee inspired by the comic book designs by Ben Reilly.
His design was definitely important for the official costumes seen in Civil War as well as Homecoming because the web-slinger still sports the canisters alongside his waist for easy access.
The ultimate design showed Spider-Man shooting webbing from the self-made shooters attached to his wrist. Fans remarked that they wished to see this suit feature in the sequel of Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Tom Holland will once again portray Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the upcoming film Avengers: Infinity War which releases on May 4th. He will also be seen in next year’s Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel which is scheduled to hit the theaters on July 5th, 2019.
