While fans across the world wait for the debut of the trailer of Marvel Studios latest crossover movie, one of the stars has seen it. And he is excited about it.
Avengers: Infinity War actor, Paul Bettany stopped by Rhode Island Comic Con with costar Sebastian Stan, where Bettany revealed that he has seen the trailer for the new movie.
“It’s badass,” said Bettany.
The actor has taken part in a lot of epic moments in Marvel’s movie history. He may be getting paid by the company. But if he has hyped for the new trailer, and if it is anywhere near as cool as the footage shown at San Diego Comic-Con and Disney’s D23 Expo, we are inclined to believe him.
“It’ll be out, everyone will love it,” said Bettany, as reported by AiPT.
Stan had elaborated on the movie, saying “almost every scene is epic.” The Winter Soldier actor had explained that most Marvel movies build up to an epic third act, but the upcoming Avengers movie will be epic from the beginning to the end.
Bettany has been involved in the MCU, voicing Tony Stark’s artificial intelligence J.A.R.V.I.S. in the Iron Man movies. The intelligence was given a powerful vibranium body in Avengers: Age of Ultron and became The Vision, fought with his teammates in Captain America: Civil War.
In the movie, he had gone up against Stan’s character, Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier on the run. Though they did not share any scenes together aside from the airport battle, the two have a great rapport.
The movie will mark Stan’s first appearance in a proper Avengers movie, though one can argue that Civil War was the same thing. But after playing Bucky in all 3 Captain America movies thus far, the former assassin will step up to the big leagues.
Based on these comments, it does not sound like we will have to wait long to see the first trailer for the next big team-up movie.
Avengers: Infinity War premieres in theaters May 4, 2018.
