Many comics fans have got a first taste of DC Comics’ heroes in the ‘90s and ‘00s with Warner Bros.’ a whole lot of comic book-inspired animated series. Batman: The Animated Series had kicked off what will currently be a cinematic universe in 1992, with Superman: The Animated Series well, not very behind. Justice League and Justice League Unlimited was a show that had brought together the Caped Crusader and Man of with Wonder Woman, the Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, Flash and Hawkgirl.
Now, the show’s voice cast wants to know see if Justice League fans would like a reunion. If they do, they will really work for it.
The Twitter account @AnimatedJL was the first to broach this hot subject and the operator of the account claimed that he/she spoke to Susan Eisenberg who had voiced Wonder Woman in the Unlimited series. According to this tweet, Eisenberg had pointed fans to the Warner Bros. Home Entertainment account as the best place to let the fans’ voices be heard. By tweeting the account with the #JLReunion, the company may pick up on how many people want the Justice League reunion.
This may have been the end of the story, but the tweet was retweeted by Kevin Conroy, the series’ Batman, and Eisenberg. There is no telling how many tweets Warner Bros. may need to convince the company that an animated Justice League movie will be profitable, especially after the recent live-action Justice League’s failure.
